In 2006, I left the East Coast for Seattle so I could live in a city and still get to do outdoor stuff. I also switched up my career from social work to marketing/PR, so I could be in a creative environment and put my communication skills to work.

Since I came on board as Marketing Coordinator at Seattle Sports, I’ve been really psyched to put the word out there about what we do— it’s something I’m truly passionate about. Of course, this goes beyond just talking about our products. I take them along on my outdoor adventures so I can understand them better, which in turn makes me more excited to tell others about it.
